A New Family of Four

This has got to be the most gracious family I've ever taken pictures for. They probably said "Thank you" to me 17 times during the shoot. They were so grateful to have this time of their life documented in pictures, and they were grateful for me. It was both wonderfully refreshing and absolutely flattering. Thank you, thank you, to your beautiful family. It was my pleasure to work with you four.

The 5 Wheelers

Man I love the way these turned out. I just like the way the colors they wore blended and popped with the background. Such a cute family...

The Bobo's

I love to see people who remind me of other people I love. That was the case with these guys. The brotherly resemblance between this dad and one of Dusty's best Army buds is undeniable! I think dad finally got into it when I told him to kiss his wife for a picture :)

The 4 A's

This shoot was a reschedule, but we all decided that it turned out wonderfully. What more can you ask for than a beautiful, warm sunny day in the gorgeous fall colored mountains? I loved it. Adorable kids. Cute parents. Yeah!

The Hagerty's

What a cutie these two have! She was all smiles, and such a happy girl. Gotta love this age when they can sit by themselves but they can't get away too quickly. So much love in this family...you could just feel it. Enjoy!

Sisters, Sisters

This shoot was just what I needed. It was so fun and different than what I've been doing, and while I love what I've been doing it's just good to step out of the box! These sisters are so great...loved their heels and scarves. It made me miss my own three sisters. Thanks girls for letting me play with you!

The C Family

You gotta love kids who listen and behave during a session! Bless their hearts. These two were great, and the little miss was loving the camera. Her mom said she was definitely in her element...all the attention on her, getting her picture taken. She's a different girl than I am! They were all an absolute pleasure to work with.

The W/H Families

Well this was a pretty unique shoot...let's just say it was literally pouring rain from start to finish! Typically we probably would have rescheduled, but they came in from very out of town so we decided to give it a shot! They were great sports, and so was my camera :) Here's some of the rainy day fun...

The D Family

Such a cute family! We dealt with some nice wind that day, but sometimes it just gave the girls that model look :) They pulled it off with ease. I could have taken pictures of these guys all day if they would have let me. These were some of my favorites...so hard to choose!

The H Family

It is always so neat when you get to take someone's pictures more than once. This time, it happened a little differently than normal. The last time I took pictures of these guys was at Amber and Jesse's wedding, and I was an assistant for Flint in Arizona. They're the ones with the cute little blonde girl. Now they're living in Utah, and somehow they found me! So I guess that was a while ago, but I was excited to see them again.

Booked Solid.

I can hardly believe it...I'm booked for the rest of the year! I guess it's just the busy season...thanks everyone who has contacted me. I do have people cancel occasionally, so if you're really interested, let me know and I'll put you on a waiting list. I'll start opening up again for 2010 once the Army tells us where we're going and when we'll be heading there. Who knows, maybe we'll still be in Utah for a while...

The B Family

I'm so glad I got to spend some quality time with this family! I hope all their kids still like me after all the pictures I made them take :) I tried to make it quick and painless, but when there's that many people, quick isn't always as quick as it can be. Thanks again guys, I had fun!

Mr. T

It seems like just yesterday that I took this little cutie's pictures when he was a couple months old...but I guess it sure wasn't just yesterday! This was such a beautiful spot that his parents found, and Tyson you are a handsome handsome boy. It was such a pleasure to take pictures of you and your beautiful mommy.

Changes to Pricing

Here's a quick notice that I've made some changes to my pricing and packages. To see everything in detail, please click the "prices" link on the right hand side under the heading "What Are You Looking For?"

Just so my faithful clients don't start to worry too much...all these changes mean a better quality picture for you in the end. I have grown so much as a photographer over the last two years, and even more so in the last few months. It was time to make my prices reflect that growth. If you have already booked with me, then you don't need to worry about the price change. My previous quoted price will still stand. However, there is other important information that applies to everyone (past, present, and future) about policies and other little tidbits, so please take a look at the "prices" link and make sure you are up to date. The "important information" is all the way down at the bottom. Thank you so much for understanding and for keeping me busy!

I have loved meeting so many people and working with you all! Thanks for all the referrals and kind words. They mean more than you know.

The M Family

I love this family! But they are family so I guess that goes without saying. These kids have such awesome personalities, and they are so well behaved! Here's your sneak peak Erin...your disk will be in the mail shortly. I'm glad we could finally find a time to do them.

A sneak peak at my 1 year old.

Here are a couple of the shots I got tonight from Sadie's one year shoot. Thanks to my friend Kara, we got one of her smiling. Sadie wanted nothing to do with getting her picture taken and everything to do with exploring her surroundings. I can't blame her. It's a cool place. I love this little girl...but then again she is my own.

Paula and Brad. Wedding.

Crazy story. Paula and Brad's photographer got summoned for jury duty, and I received an unexpected email asking if I could fill in. I am so happy I was free that day! It was pretty last minute, during a really busy time of year, so it really was a blessing to be available. I had a great time. I think I was the only one besides the groom's mom who couldn't speak Portuguese, but it all added to the fun!

Summer and Alex. Engagements

This was a fairly last minute shoot, but I was so excited that they found me. I had fun getting to know these guys at this shoot and then again the next day while I took pictures at their friend's wedding. They have a zest for life and a love for pictures...especially Alex! What a great couple...





























They are incorporating butterflies into the theme of their wedding, and this was a great idea that Summer had.

The O Family

How cute are these kids? This girl was such a model in the making...gladly posing when she needed to. The best part was, the poses were pretty much all her idea! I don't really remember having that much personality that young, but she sure was fun. And her brother had me laughing every time he yelled "Thomas!" before I took a picture. He was hoping to see Thomas the Train in my lens like I said he might if he smiled. Fuuunny.








I swear she did this all on her own!
